Absolutely disgusting Service! Logged a query with then 2 WEEKS AGO !

Each agent that reached out kept on asking for the SAME INFORMATION, which we provided countless times !

Honestly disappointed in your service!

Feedback provided was our tv isn’t compatible yet it is a PREINSTALLED ON MY TV!!!

How does that make sense? If you don’t know what is wrong then just say that ! Kept on stringing us long for 2 weeks ?

Please can someone a senior technician or management call me to explain what exactly is going on !!!
