Disgusting service

Good day, DSTV is a nightmare on service and its extremely stressful. I spoke on live chat on the platform on the 19th sep 2021 to Zintle to change my package and it was supposed to be a 24mnth premium package and Zintle put it on a 12mnth contract. Disgusted no service, its rediculous. I spoke to an agent yesterday Itumeleng,R to change the contract to a 24mnth compact, nothing was done, rediculous. Now I'm disgusted and rather just change the contract to compact 24mnth as I cant handle this stress yet another agent today Sihle, stated it takes 48hours and I must be patient. Yet online it was done wrong changing to premium and yesterday on compact, im so livered. The service is a disgrace, no satisfaction and absolutely no care attitude.
