Disgusting Service

I am disgusted by the service I got from a very a *********** Manager by the name of Jordon Naidoo! A whole manager who laughs with his stuff members! Also terrible service by an agent named Busi Ndadi and Sinenhlanhla Sithole (The agent was very rude,clueless, disgusting, argumentative, condescending, ****, lazy agent was laughing with her colleagues when I asked to speak to the manager) Agent kept me on hold for over 20 minutes while she was having a big fat chat with her colleagues I recorded the whole conversation!
