Disgusting service

I’m currently very frustrated with Dstv as Iv been paying for it with my account for the past 2 years as a debit order as I pay for my mother’s account. Today being the 17th of August my account has not been debited I call Multichoice they tell me that the account is a cash payment my question is I’m sure records are showing as it has been debiting now they tell me that the system shows cash payment . I’m not happy at all as in would our DStV be cuz yet they did nt Debit on the 15th thst aside 15th was on Thursday Nd already Today our line has been cut I need answers . What kind off service are Ul showing as such a big company
