Disgusting service

Hi I need urgent intervention ,dstv is treating me like a dog.i first inquired about uograding to compact plus,then i was sent an email addresed to me telling me to upgrade to compact R460 .00 a month . 1.i spoke to a consultant named Xolelwa Gumede who qouted me R603.00 for promotion advertised for R460 .she then made me away dstv has been charging an R50 .00. Penalty every month bcos someone put my billing date as 2nd of every month. Despite me requesting to billed from the 5th of every month.she refused to escalzte the matter to a supervisor or manager after aguing being rude for 35 minutes,she eventually escalated to a Renita Philander who said is shift supervisor. After arguing and threatening to suspend my service and being Rude .condescending she assured me everthing was sorted i just need to resend another sms for the upgrade i did till now at 24 hours later my service is still not on.today i phone trying to enquire why is my service not still not active .i spoke to Jenine at 13:55 who told me Renita did not activate anything or leave notes on the system when asked to speak to a manager she droppped the phone after make me hold for over 5 minutes.

1i have been overcharged for a few months becouse someone captured the billing date wrong. 2.i paid for service i still dont have to date. 3.false aadvertising (they advertise packages that dont exist. 4.Thier staff is rude and *********** .
