Disgusting service

I called multichoice because of an extra view decoder that wasnt working: 1: i had to type in my ID number and repeat it to the agent. 2:an agent, Thobile had no clue on how to troubleshoot their product. I told her what to do and she still did not get it right. 3: i called in 3 times to get only 1 thing done.
