Disgusting service!!!!!!!!

I got a sms last week Thusday to remind me to pay my DSTV. I phoned immidiately to tell them i did pay allready. The agent checked my account and assure me everything is paid. Yesterday afternoon(8 November) i got another sms from DSTV that said they are going to cut off my DSTV if i dont pay. Again i phoned immidiately. The agent checked my account again and again assure me that they will not disconnect my DSTV because i have paid my account. I told her she must make sure about this because i want to watch the cricket this morning. She then said other people also phoned in about the same sms and that is a mistake from their side. And behold!!!! This morning when i woke up my DSTV is off. Why????????? You are pathetic. Get somebody to do your accounts profesionally. I dont understant why this happened. Especially after i phoned in to make 100% sure. Disgusting!!!!!!!!
