Disgusting Service
They have this new system to clear error codes but when you speak to there call centre agents unhelpful and imcompetend they don't even know these error and yet they are assisting clients on the new system!!! Skill up and Educate them on a regular basis makes the client experience much more pleasant and effient!!!!! Geeee whizzz
