Disgusting service

<p>Bought a dstv decoder deal at Game Store and call the dstv call centre to activate the deal only to find out that our decoder serial number is already in use by another person... firstly that's *****.. the lady at the call centre ask if we bought it from a legit shop.. isn't game store legit. Anyways she can't help cause it's not their problem and game store blames dstv. I don't know to laugh or cry cause now I sit with the problem. I must go back to the store. That lady from the call centre should really change her job cause you need to be more customer friendly and the customer always right. BTW it's ***** that since you picked it up I wonder what dstv will be doing.</p>
