Disgusting service

<p>I am very upset with the disgusting service with DSTV, I have a 24 month contract and always had a debit order, for the past 12 months I have had the worst experience ever. Every month I have to call in to have my debit order instated. I spoke to so many consultants to mention a few Refilwe Mlebuka, Thando Kubashi and Boitumelo. Instead of solving the problem, they keep messing up, my service gets suspended and I always have to follow up. They keep loading un authorized debits against my account which has a negative impact on my account scoring. I am tired of following up. I decided to pay via EFT as this problem occurs every month. Yet after my payment on the 20th Feb a debit order of R10296.00 went of on my account. I need this matter resolved asap</p>
