I called and cancelled the service 3 years ago after I was retrenched. The service was canceled and disconnected as per my request. I then received legal messages about an outstanding amount owing 3 years later . I called these legal people and advised thereof. I was told to called MultiChoice which I did serval times. With no help. I requested a manager to call me after spending hours on the phone trying to have this resolved. To date no call after numerous promises to call me back.
