Disgusting rude agents

Absolutely annoying and disgusted with dstv multichoice ,when all I am merely trying to do is set up services with this specific provider I have been **** to had agents be disrespectful slam the phone down, I have constantly been calling in and all I ever get is I will get some from the price lock department to call you back spoken to a number of agents ***5 Andiswa that's agent one with reference number Athenkosi ***2-i56 agent 2 that promised I will receive a call back, all they do is waste consumers time and energy while we at work and trying to get things done I eventually had an agent call me at 10:11am absolutely rude and disgusting no phone ethics ,listening is absolutely a skill and she was not fit to even on the dialer with her level of arrogance and slams the phone down right until now I have not received feedback.from.the above company whatsoever, worst customer experience ever
