Disgusting multichoice customer support

So I took out the internet package from dstv what a load of nonsense since the 28 of October when they delivered the router no help to set it up messages and speaking to agents trying to set it up taking the router back to multichoice leaving it there then sending it back overcharging my account paying for reconnection fees when I wasn't even disconnected double debit my account getting told they don't phone customers just total ******* service so disgusting they take your money but can't help customers bunch of ******* is what multichoice is kind regards William Lingenfelder
