Disgusting multi choice service delivery

Due to your respect i reported this company several times but still i have not yet been properly helped this company is cheating on my money without proper service delivery for Full 3 Months of payment without watching tv due to sgnal default they never responded to the review i wrote the last time but they 've got all the ordecity to send me an sms infoming me that they gonna deduct the money from my account on the 15/09/23 please may i be HELPED on this issue because i have been paying for nothing is it really fair for a women who is working so hard to make ends meet for her children alone to be treated this way by a company which makes money by cheating on her?
