Disgusting level of service

After my ordeal with the *********** call center agents, an agent who saw my initial review on hellopeter on the 26/11/2021 promised to give me a feed back on Monday, 29/11/2021. I was so surprised when I saw the response on Hellopeter that he will give me feed back on Monday or Tuesday. Nonetheless, I thought I should give them the benefit of the doubt. As I writing this review, I haven't received any feed back from them. It's so disgusting when someone makes a promise knowing very well that they won't keep. Dstv is like this other political party that makes promises that they won't keep.
