Disgusting DStv service

Cannot believe the terrible service from Dstv Installation. I signed up for the Package to have Dstv Ultra installed in January. The agent takes all the details and you get an SMS to say installation set for a specific day. Absoltue nonsense. The service is disgusting. They set your debit order that seems to go thru with no hassles but when you go onto Dstv Chat then it so happens the reference number or your customer number doesn't go thru and query needs to be escalated to field teams. The last SMS I received said installation set for 28th May, and what do you know, it's the 31st and still no phone calls to apologize for wasting my time.
