Disgusting day light *******

Dstv, my secondary decoder was due for an upgrade. I went to dstv and was told that the chip of the smarr card is not working therefore they had to issue a new one. When i got home it gavr errors and i called them on numerous times. They could not resolve it and have been paying for it for over 4 months without watching. Today i was told to call an installer and he also could not resolve the signal. I called in and to my surprise the smart card is still registered under someone's name. It is a recycled smart card and not activated to my name.
