Disgusting customer services

I am complaining for the fifth time with the same query regarding dstv and my account that was supposed to be suspended but as always *********** they did not and kept charging my account..after they want me to provide an email stating that i requested a disconnection whereas i couldnt access my emails coz i was no longer working there and they blocked me..they did this twice in November and December still nothing..im giving you 24hours ro solve this else its going to the ombudsman of consumer protection act as i am not paying anything im.not liable for due to incompetency..
