Disgusting customer service from call centre

Disgusting sales call just received from your insurance call centre which has literally been stalking me. I blocked the number after at least 50 phone calls last week only to have them now call from a Private Number. Your call centre agent was disgusting to say the least with an attitude that would have someone fired where i work. I told her i was not interested in engaging in a sales call and that i was happy with what i had now. She then proceeded to ask me why i even bother having DSTV then if i didn't want to talk to her. When i asked her who she thought she was she shouted at me and then put down the phone. I only wish i had gotten her details upfront but if this who is representing your company then you have a serious problem on your hands.
