Disgusting customer service DSTV!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely shocking customer service actually NO CUSTOMER service. Having the same issue with DSTV now app where my device is registered to another unknown user and everytime I want to use the app I cant and have to phone and get it sorted. No one can tell me how this happens which is very suspicious. they escalate problem but not a single call or email to say it is sorted. DSTV you are an absolute joke. I have been a very loyal customer for many many years and pay your exorbitant prices all I ask for is some customer service when I do need it. SHocking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
