Disgusting customer service
I've been trying to get hold of dstv all morning. I used all my airtime to call then was cut off no answer. Then I tried the live chat, no Agent came in to assist. The I tried watsapp which doesn't have the right options to choos extraview reconnection. I'm just so defeated and disgusted. They extra useless today

12 Mar 2022, 12:14Another agent just dropped the fone in my ear. She Ayanda Mashumi (rude) didn't even listen to my query. I used all my airtime now. A Agent responded after an hour on the self service. It's rediculious I hate Dstv
