Disgusting customer service

I am writing for the third time with no assistance being given I ordered a decoder and a router in May till today I am being given a run around for the router I called to follow up today and I spoke to Phumla Ntuli however she could not give me the assistance I needed I asked to speak to her manager however for an hour her manager was not available and she did not know who her manager was because I kept on asking for the managers name and she kept on putting my call on hold to go and look for the managers name which she didn’t come back with. I just want my router to be delivered as I cannot pay for something that has not been delivered.call Ref no.***2 Abraham munsamy
