Disgusting Customer Service

I am absolutely disgusted with the level service with the 'customer care'.

I was having an issue with loading showmax on my dstv account and had already logged an query with Dstv.

I called back for feedback as Trishana was supposed to call me back.

Anyway I called the call centre now 14:55 and spoke an a very rude and disrespectful agent, Thando Daylie in PE branch. Wow what disgusting service he was so rude and kept on speaking over me and giving me such attitude!!!!! Is this honestly how your agents are trained to assist clients????? Honestly after receiving such disgusting service I'm thinking about canceling my subscription with Dstv if this how Dstv treats their customers???? 😡 😡 I've been a customer for just over 10 years.
