Disgusting customer service

My service has been disconnected since Thursday. I have been continuously contacting the call center and was advised there was an issue on their side which would be resolved within an hour. It is now 3 days later. My services has still not been connected. Last night I asked for a supervisor to contact me as I am now using up my airtime for their issues to be resolved. No contact has been made since. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. Fees are so high yet so many unresolved issues.
