Disgusting customer service 😒

I have been treated so badly by multichoice whereby my Dstv internet wasn't working properly I reported the matter with no help, my data was consumed quickly, I reported the matter still no help and I also requested my data usage still nothing happen, I feel like a big company like multichoice they just be happy when we pay everything but interms of the customer they don't have it, poor service, *********** consultant is what they know best, I was treated unfairly for the I pay every month and I'm so disgusted by their service as well as the treatment.
