14 Dec 2025, 10:37We have been requesting for our data to be loaded for our router from last week Saturday till today.Every time when we contact their call centre we are given a new reference number and a different story.they will say they have escalated the matter every day we calling them about 3 times a day and each day we are given a new story by the consultants. Still our data hasnt been loaded. Disgusted as this has now become a trend ,every month we go through the same. I need this to be sorted out urgently.
