Disgusting call centre service

I received an appaling service from a girl by the name of Lindelwa. I overpaid my account by over R3000 and I was frustrated by the fact that I still have not received my refund after numerous attempts. The girl decided to put the phone aside and not listen or talk to me. I was holding for more than 10 minutes while she was busy chatting to her friends.
