Disgusting behaviour by installer

I’ve had the worst experience with Multichoice for the longest time now. An installer moved my decoder from one place to another and when he got here he charged me money and I paid, the decoder lost signal first time and he came to fix it and charged me again. I only found out today that he place the DISH improperly and it was loose and he was going to keep coming here bcoz I think he came 3 times already and charged me all those times. I don’t know how the agents work and the installers as well. His name is Tshepo, number is ***. His email address is ***. He is a ****mer and he gives numbers of his clients to be called by his friends because he did that with mine. He must be exposed and fired for this kind of behaviour. We’re already living in a dangerous world as is now he comes and operates such a big name and business with his shenanigans. I want this escalated and action taken against this guy.
