Disgusting behavior
So disappointed!!! Rude, unprofessional and *********!
Declin Gorge, was so unprofessional and really upset me! He does not know who he reports to and cannot give me a reference number for the call and he also called “Jesus Christ” on the phone with me! I’m not impressed!!
The lady that assisted me prior to him was so patient and kind and super honest and provided me with a reference number for the call in one second!
