Disgusting and poor communication skills.

I've wrote in this platform for almost 5 times and Multichoice would just comment and say my issue is being dealt with, but with all honesty there is nothing that's being done. I still haven't received my refund from them, I still don't get feedback from them regarding my refund and the worst is the lies their people will be lying and making empty promises. It's truly disgusting and disappointing.

I just want my refund, that's it. Just refund me my money.
