Disgusting!!!

How is this possible Multichioce its hardly been a week and the same problem still persists how do you as a business take my money every month on time but i need to struggle just to be able to use my DSTV for a full week this is really disgusting and can not understand how this can happen every week i am awaiting a response from you with in an hour nothing less!!!!!!!!!!!
