Disgusting

I've wrote my complaint on Hellopeter on the 10th August 2021 about them charging fees for the account that I've closed in May 2021 but have terminated the services as requested. They called the same day promising to resolve the issue and to do a follow up until this day I have not a word from them. They just want to look good on Hellopeter as if they respond to their client's complaints. It's disgusting now beyond frustration
