Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting services from Multichoice and Customer Aervices, rude unsimpathetic staff. In the beginning of the month i paid my subscription via the dstv pay now channel, all set and done, the amount that the pay now due stipulated, service carried on uninterrupted, and without multixhoice notifying me of anything, to my surprise today i receice an sms saying my subscription has been disconnected as a result of non payment ??? !!! Your staff and customer service is rude and unprofessional, i demand someone senior and wuth some respect contact me and sort out this mess. I DID PAY !
