Disgusting
FURIOUS My father passed away Feb 2017. I immediately sent Mchoice an email to cancel the debit order. I did not receive one of the precious Reference No, as I was unaware this was of importance. In October I received the bank statements from the Estate. They are still debiting the account and have ****** R8000. I have proof of the email but this is just dismissed.

I am sorry to hear about your father.
I have checked on our records and there's no communication received to cancel the service by end February 2017.
However, the service was disconnected on 08 August 2017 and Mr Ferreira’s account reflects a credit balance of R726.24. This balance can be refunded, please confirm if we should deposit the refund in the account holder's Standard bank account.
Should that be the case, we need the copy of death certificate to process the refund.
We would like to hear from you.
