Disgusting!!!!

The service received from DStv is disgusting!!! I recently returned back to DStv for the RWC and thought they would want to keep the clients ongoing, well was I mistaken. The billing is a nightmare, my service keeps being suspended though payment is made, the call center put you on hold for 30 minutes plus. You can not speak to a manager. Is this really how they do business?? My problems are still not resolved and I’m paying a huge sum of money to watch channel 100
