Disgusted with Multichoice

I am very unhappy with the service given by Multichoice Call Centre. I have been overcharged by the company and everytime I call, I am told the price lock department will phone me after 48 hours the call is escalated to their department. I waited for 48 hrs, did not receive any call. I phoned again 3 - 4 times and still waited for the time frame given. I still not receive a call back from them. my services are cut off so I have not being viewing for two weeks now.

I regret even changed to this price lock thing, since the prices differ every month and I pay monthly and my services are cut monthly.
