Disgusted with Multi choice service

I feel so disgusted with Multi choice. I can't even begin to describe how much I resent this company. I have downgraded from premium to access due to their Sub-standard service. Dansile called to resolve the issue issue I had but failed. To this day my money is gone and no service was delivered. The only thing they care about is to rob people. They continue to call me and sell me their ******* price lock.
