disgusted with DSTV services

utterly disgusted that i was harassed into taking up the price lock package with DSTV with the promise of fixed payments - only to find they have debited me R200 more this month - when i tried to resolve this i was told it was an error and they will resolve in 24 hours ..called them back today only to find out nothing was done by previous person and the agent i spoke to will now deal with it ..which means i have to wait even longer for my money ...ridiculous ...regret ever taking up this package
