Disgusted with DSTV price lock. Do not take out contracts

I took out a contract with price lock. They say they installed I had sound issues. The next day the manager came out and he couldn’t fix the problem. Now I’m watching Netflix but the sound is DSTV. The remote can’t even change channel even though the batteries is new. The contract is less than 24 hours . I can get hold of anyone from price lock yet I sent many emails . DStv consultants pretend like the can’t here me .
