Disgusted with DSTV multichoice

I over paid dstv by a months payment the only thing they haven’t asked for before giving me a refund is a blood test dna and my birth certificate it’s ridiculous. It’s more than a week and still no sign of my money no food in my house but that’s fine kids starving that’s ok too as long as they can make me jump through hoops they will hold on to my money
