Disgusted with dstv!!!! Accounts department terrible

Absolutely atrocious service from dstv!!!!! I called through to dstv about 2 weeks ago, there were discrepancies on my account, I'm being overcharged, I lodged a formal complaint and was given a reference number. I was told by the consultant that there was confusion with my account and another client but I have received a notification of a high amount that's due. No one from dstv has rectified the account or has bothered to contact me. Now dstv will suspend my services for non payment but it's an error on their side. Unfortunately I will not tolerate this , it's Dstv fault not mine.
