Disgusted with dstv

Im disgusted by the service i receive from dstv. On Friday 2022-07-01 i requested they should explain to me how my compact subscription is R721, almost the price of the premium package and they just responded that they received my query. Im still waiting on them to give me the correct amount to pay, coz now they disconnected me.
