Disgusted with DSTV

Im so disgusted with multichoice, I paid for my dstv and now its a headache for them to re connect me. I was told by a consultant Nondu to send proof of payment via an email of which I did, and still nothing. She had a nerve to tell me that the reconnection will depend on how long their line is at proof of payments. Iam so disgusted right now, why dstv is saying if we pay online its only takes 5 minutes because its NOT TRUE.
