Disgusted to the core

Trust me dstv is full of nonsense. I have never in my entire life experienced such Sub-standard service. They sent an installer that is so unprofessional and to top it all they fail to resolve my issues to this day have called since Friday I hold till I drop the call. Their staff including the managers surely are not fully trained. To this day I am paying for the service that I don't have. I have downgraded to their last option however there is no channel that is playing. They don't know what they are doing however as customers we continue to suffer. I am disgusted and extremely disappointed with their service. The only thing they know better is to apologize.
