Disgusted Subscriber

Hi, hellopeter i think by now you are fully aware of all the complaints I have forwarded to you in connection with a simple question of the 5% discount for my age group how long does it take for a competent staff member to read all my previous emails and to know that all my details and id number is correct .I feel that I am just a number as long as my subscription is paid on time nobody cares but pay one day late then you are automatically disconnected.I am so disgusted the way I am being treated,surely by now this issue should have been resolved.
