My DSTV just got cut off today because they claim I have an outstanding amount , Last month I phoned them and they claim there is a special running on the Compact Extra till end of March of R460 now when we called they claim it is only for selective clients. Why do they first say one thing then they claim another, the reason why people are cancelling their DSTV subscriptions because of the pathetic services you receive from a world class organization. I want everyone to know that the specials they have is not for everyone only for certain clients. Now I must pay the additional amount to reactivate my dstv account.
