Disgusted client

I understand that per year there's increase in every company especially insurances.But what i have experience with multichoice I'm disgusted.This year only. I had three increased.I tried to make them aware so that they can explain it to me,but it looked like it felt on deaf ears.Maybe because im old.So i really want solution to this.
