Disgusted by the service of the agents at DSTV customer care

I called DSTV today to try and see why they took extra money from me and the customer service agent who assist me was rude and disrespectful and did not even apologize for the poor service that I received when I told him that I complained over a week ago and to this day nobody called to explain.
