Disgusted by Multichoice.

I am sending this review on behalf of my mother, in December 2024 she had a problem with her Dstv cable, we went to seek help, we were promised that they will send the technicians to look at the problem, and we were given a call center number***) to contact them, they promised to come but nobody came, we ended up paying for a private technician to fix the problem. Currently the decoder is faulty, we took it to Maponya mall as Jabulani mall is under renovations, at Maponya we did not get us assistance we were told that our decoder has to be replaced from multichoice and not them, once again we were given the same number to call, I spoke to Bongani at the call center who said, I should go back to Maponya as they are not responsile for replacing decoders. I need assistance in this matter, im tired and disgusted from being sent from pillar to post.
