Disgusted by DSTV multichoice service

I've been trying to get my PVR functions to work on self service with no success for more than 24hours now.I keep on getting the E102-29 error. today I finally called the call centre and I got no help as well I still have the same problem.I wasted airtime holding and speaking to useless consultants and got cut off a few times.I also spoke to Sunette who told me their system is very slow and didn't help me either The WhatsApp service is also useless.can someone assist as this is frustrating and we're paying a lot of money here for WHAT??.
